Protection of your data is a serious matter for us. Therefore we act in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. In this privacy policy you find out which data we collect and how we use them. On our website you are free to feel safe. Generally you can visit our website without entering any personal data.

 

Contact

We keep personal data as name, address, telephone, e-mail or birth date in confidence. On our website we do not collect any personal data. If you wish, you may submit some of your data by filling out the contact form. 

Your data will be processed within an existing business relationship or after sending us your request. We do not pass them to any third party. We do not proceed any data automatically, neither do we transmit them abroad.

We dispose of appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a complete data protection and to save you from unauthorized acces, manipulation or destruction. Nevertheless, we would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet, for example via eMail or Skype, may involve security flaws. Possible access by third parties cannot be absolutely eliminated. According to your preferences, you may transmit us your data in an alternative way, for example by telephone.

 

Newsletter

As a software service provider, by distributing the newsletter we comply part of our duty to provide information. If you like to receive our newsletter, we need your valid e-mail address. Further data such as name, first name and company are used to address you in the newsletter and are saved in our data base. Those data do not pass to third parties. At any time, you have a right to have your data confirmed, corrected, deleted or locked. 


When you subscribe to the newsletter we store your IP adress and the date of subscription. This storage may exclusively serve as proof in case a third party misuses an e-mail adress and obtains the newsletter without knowledge of the authorised person.

You may cancel your agreement to data storage and the use of your e-mail address for receiving the newsletter at any time. For cancelling please use the link in the newsletter or write a message to info@dollundleiber.de

We use the Matomo version „AnonymizeIP“ which shortens IP addresses (so-called IP Masking). This eliminates any possible reference to a specific person. reCAPTCHA

To protect your request via electronic form we us reCAPTCHA services by Google Inc.  The query distinguishes human entry from abusive automatic processing. The query includes the dispatch of the IP address and if necessary further data indicated by Google for the reCAPTCHA service. For this purpose your entry will be transferred and further used by Google. However your IP address will be cut within the member states of ther European Union or within other European Economic Area States. In exceptional cases a complete IP address is transferred to a US Google server, then cut. By order of the website hoster, Google uses the information in order to rate the service experience. Within the scope of reCAPTCHA, the transferred IP address from your browser is not connected with other Google Data. Alternative privacy policy regulation by Google apply to those data.
